MICROPROCESSOR WEIGHING SYSTEM

WS200 is a high accuracy microprocessor weighing system for load cell signal treatment in heavy industrial environment.

The basic modular system is available in the following standard configurations :

-WS200/B for Belt weighers

- WS200/D for Belt weigh feeders (flow measurement and feedback control regulation)

-WS200/L for loss in weight feeders ( flow measurement and feedback control regulation )

-WS200/C for Chute Mass Flow Meters

Under request several different configurations are available, with additional interface with periphery equipment in order to integrate in a unique control instrument several process functions. WS200 is based in a modular expandable configuration with field  bus network facility with the following functions:

-Load cell stabilized power supply

-Load cell signal processing

-Managing of all display functions (set, preset, weight totalisation, speed, flow time etc)

-Load /Unload signal control

-Diagnostics, alarms and interlocks
