Company's Manufacturing Unit

We are perhaps unique in offering standard and versatile ranges of Panels & Mechanicals for Weighing & Dosing designed by high speed communication link between programming systems & the machines.
The whole concept of our work is to be equipped with contemporary production machinery, elaborate tool rooms and finest of testing equipment. We have approximately 1.5 Acres of land to handle bulk manufacturing. Our manufacturing workshops are equipped with modern sophisticated machinery & specialized electrostatic powder coating facilities to ensure uniform quality & durability of the finished parts which then move to the Assembly Shop for component fitting and wiring.

We have dedicated testing facility designed for two purposes:
Performance reliability
Quality Control

Only Tested O.K. finished items are dispatched to customers.

 

Facilities at Our Metal Processing Work Shop
Total manufacturing process and machineries are geared towards mass production of welding, semi-bolted and fully bolted enclosures in fixed & draw out execution using :

CAD/CAM Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing
SDD ( Sheet Metal Digital on Demand)

 

Arc, Mig and Spot Welding Machines are employed for welding together fabrication parts.

 

With the present emphasis on first track projects the thirty station Punching Tools are maintained by a surface grinder that sharpens them again.

 

FACILITIES AT OUR POWDER COATING PLANT
Nine Tank Pretreatment Process-
The enclosures from our metal processing shop are surface finished by Powder Coating. We understand that the basis of any good coating is preparation. To avoid powder coating failure that can be traced to lack of suitable preparation, we follow a rigorous pre treatment process which involves: 9 Tank hot phosphating process (Class B type). An in house pre-treatment Chemical Testing Lab tests for ph, pointage, iron development & oil concentration. Cages containing the fabrications, which are shifted from one tank to another, are controlled by a motorized hoist.

Conveyorised Powder Coating -
PLANT:
The plant consists of one spray chamber with three spray units.
Two nos. multicyclone powder recycles.
One electrically heated Double Blower Baking Oven (Camel Back type oven) for curing powder coated materials.
Automatic overhead conveyor (Botton-up type, to prevent heat loss).
EQUIPMENT:
Suitable 60KV automatic spray guns.
Arrangement to separate water particles comes with air in the spray guns.
Spray gun arrangements have clear electric display unit.
POWDER:
Epoxy, P.P, Hybrid, P.V, Clear Coat Resin Powder & different types of Shades as desired by the customers.

 

PAINT TEST FACILITIES
Powder coated surfaces on the finishing line in actual production go through each of the listed laboratory tests for performance reliability and control.

 

ASSEMBLY SHOP
Finished powder coated parts are temporarily stacked on racks before they move to the assembly shop for component fitting and wiring.
 

MATERIAL HANDLING
Fabricated parts moves from one shop to next on pallet trucks. The tedious job of loading and unloading of heavy materials is made easy with fork lifters and Motorised rope hoist.
